SugarCRM

A Meetup Group has started for the users of SugarCRM. SugarCRM's a PHP/MySQL dual-licensed web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) package. They have come under a bit of fire for their open-source offering because their community license isn't OSI approved. Nonetheless, you can download the source code and modifiy it. I've used it myself. From the meetup group announcement:
